5/8-5/12

Saturday, went on a field trip with Max's tutor and her students to Yeongcheon, which is about an hour away from Daegu. We gathered at the school at 10AM, met the students, who's ages were from 15-22. Once everyone arrived we split up into 4 teams, each team had 1 English teacher. The whole point of the trip was for her students to become better at speaking English, and whatever was in Korean (spoken or not) they had to translate it for us.
Our first stop was the Cyan museum, which was a modern art gallery. Before the tour started we first made a little flower picture that made me feel like I was in Kindergarten again. The tour guide only spoke in Korean, so the students had to translate it to me. It was really funny, because I probably only got half of what was probably said. After the tour we had some lunch, then we went to our next stop called Tree and school which was an alternative school for children. It was a fun camping trip. We played games, had a BBQ dinner, and then made a fire. Became sleepy, went back to the cabin, tried to sleep on the floor, but it was not working.
Sunday morning, after a sleepless night, went back to Daegu. Once we got back to the apartment I went to sleep.
